For my first model i was really lost on how i could make a model due to my 3ds max file when sectioned, becoming floating tiny lines and dots that had no relationship with one another. Because of this I just focussed on the silhouette and the basic shapes that were noticeable and the core of the hero model. This model shows the main elements and features that i enjoyed in my hero and would like to maybe include in my model. The large triangle prism is the core of the large triangle looking planes that help make the hero look off balance. To reinforce the idea of it being unbalanced, in the sketch model the amount of shafts sticking out from the core is hugely off balance, much like in the 3ds max model. the method of slotting was fun to work with, however due to the precision and nature of my hero it is not really practical for my model. However the shafts sticking out from a core shape is really interesting, and I hope to include this in my final model if possible.
