Sketch model five

Unfortunately no matter how hard i tried with this sketch model i could not get it to work, however the concept and idea is there, and this is the method i think i will use. This model combines an element from each of the previous models and so because of this i think it is the most developed and successful idea. However to make this work on the laser cut certain things will be tweaked. This model i decided to introduce colour, however i think this wasn't successful, and i will not be including colour in my final model. the layering of the see through acrylic mean that every layer was visible, and so i decided to paint different areas of my model on the acrylic and then layer them on top of each other to in theory create my model in a hologram like way in the acrylic. however because nothing would stay on the acrylic i used nail polish, which stuck the layers together, but also because it is quite thick, it also spread and ruined the shape. I really like this idea though and how it relates back to some of the other models so im going to rework it, and etch the painted bits for my final model i think.
